Maison Ferrant currently delivers to Italy only.
Yes. Delivery is free for all orders delivered in Italy.
Order preparation takes 1 to 3 business days. After shipping, delivery takes 6 to 12 business days. The total estimated delivery time is therefore 7-15 business days.
Once shipped, a tracking number is sent to you by email. You can also follow your parcel from the Track your order page on our website.
No. No additional delivery, customs or import fees are charged to the customer on receipt.
Yes. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
