Shipping and Delivery Policy
Maison Ferrant currently delivers to Italy only.
Preparation time
Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days of order confirmation.
Delivery time
After shipping, delivery is estimated within 6-12 business days.
The total estimated time between order confirmation and delivery is therefore 7-15 business days.
Shipping costs
Delivery is free for all orders in Italy. No additional delivery, customs or import fees will be charged to the customer on receipt.
Tracking
Once the order has shipped, the customer receives an email with the tracking number. The order can be followed on the “Track my order” page of the Maison Ferrant website.
Parcel not received
In case of unusual delay or non-delivery, contact: contact@maisonferrant.com
Maison Ferrant (MBI GROUPE — SIREN: 991 954 801) will carry out the necessary checks with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, a new shipment or a refund may be offered.
Shipping origin
Orders may be shipped from our partners’ logistics centres in China. Maison Ferrant (MBI GROUPE) remains the seller responsible for the order, delivery, returns and customer service.
