How do I request a return?
Within 14 days of receipt, write to contact@maisonferrant.com or use the form on the Contact page: we will send you the instructions. Conditions and costs in “Returns and refunds”.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
If you change your mind, return costs are paid by the customer.
If the product received is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us at contact@maisonferrant.com with photos.
After review, Maison Ferrant may offer a replacement or a refund and cover any return costs.

Which size should you choose?
This long format is designed for narrow, elongated spaces: a hallway, an entrance, the side of the bed or the area in front of a long piece of furniture. Measure the width and length of the space before choosing.
70 × 160 cm
Length 160 cm, width 70 cm. Compare these measurements with the space available, taking nearby doors and furniture into account.
50 × 120 cm
Length 120 cm, width 50 cm. Compare these measurements with the space available, taking nearby doors and furniture into account.
- In a hallway, leave a few centimeters of visible floor on both sides if possible.
- Beside the bed, the rug can run along its long side to welcome your first steps in the morning.
- Make sure doors and cabinet doors open freely over the rug.
