How do I request a return?
Within 14 days of receipt, write to contact@maisonferrant.com or use the form on the Contact page: we will send you the instructions. Conditions and costs in “Returns and refunds”.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
If you change your mind, return costs are paid by the customer.
If the product received is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us at contact@maisonferrant.com with photos.
After review, Maison Ferrant may offer a replacement or a refund and cover any return costs.

Size guide
Which size should you choose?
Before choosing, measure the area you want to define: sofa, armchairs and coffee table. The examples below are for guidance only and based on a sofa of about 200 cm: every room is different, so always compare them with the measurements of your space.
140 × 200 cm
A size often chosen for cozy living rooms: the rug sits in front of the sofa and under the coffee table, defining the seating area without taking up the whole room.
160 × 230 cm
A more generous size, generally suited to larger living areas: it often lets you rest the front legs of the sofa and armchairs on the rug for a more cohesive look.
- For a harmonious effect, the rug is usually at least as wide as the sofa, or slightly less.
- If possible, leave a strip of visible floor between the rug and the walls.
- To visualize the actual footprint, mark out the area on the floor with masking tape.
